What’s on? Let’s Do It!
What’s happening around Australia with the ASG?
Each year the Australian Sewing Guild hosts a never ending array of activities that cater to each members need to explore new challenges, extend past experiences and entertain with ‘like-minded’ friends. Throughout Australia groups of fun, interesting women, whose common thread is the love of textiles and stitchery in every form and the desire to share and further the art of sewing.
You might like to join them and extend your creative side with new friends. There is always the opportunity to do as little or as much as your time and interest permits.
INDUSTRY DAYS
Industry Days are held two or three times a year, in every State. They are a full day of information, fun, feasting and entertainment. Sewing enthusiasts are offered the opportunity to visit importers, manufacturers, wholesalers and suppliers that are often inaccessible to the general public and find out about new products, services and retail outlets, right from the source. The day is filled with expert guest speakers, renowned teachers and writers, new product knowledge, advanced techniques and fashion inspiration.
Industry Days are a ‘must go’ on every Australian Sewing Guild members’ calendar and a great place to bring friends and prospective members to see what the ASG is all about.
