BERNINA Quilter
Overlap art forms with this powerful, easy-to-use patchwork program. It enables both experienced and first time quilters to skillfully combine embroidery techniques and quilting patterns. The intuitive interface lets you lay out your quilt pattern, choose fabrics and colors, add embroideries and appliqués. It will even print your fabric list and cutting templates! Designing and previewing tools let you refine every detail before you even begin stitching.
BERNINA Cross Stitch
You can easily replicate traditional cross-stitch embroidery techniques. Let the software convert images for you or manually create your own patterns. With a few clicks, you can copy your design or color photo, add the final touches and stitch it out.
PhotoSnap
Create keepsake gifts by digitizing your own pictures and/or photos and turning them into fine embroidery. With one click, you can fashion textural designs from photos or graphical images. Crop, rescale and alter stitch angles for variety and interest.

Editor Lite
Note: Editor Lite is included with the aurora 430E and 440QEE embroidery systems; it is not available as a separate purchase. Editor Lite V5 may be upgraded to EditorPlus or DesignerPlus BERNINA Embroidery Software product levels.
With Editor Lite:
- Make color changes, combine, rotate and scale designs. Editor Lite will adjust the design stitch count when scaling to maintain embroidery quality.
- Add lettering from 5 included alphabets; place the lettering on one of several baseline options. Reshape the lettering for further creative control.
- Use the integrated EC on PC utility program to control the stitch process when embroidering with the aurora 430 or 440 embroidery system.
EditorPlus
EditorPlus BERNINA Embroidery Software includes powerful editing and automatic digitizing features:
- Reshape and edit existing designs; combine individual elements from multiple designs and even edit individual stitches to fine-tune the design.
- With 55 beautiful fonts to select from, personalized embroidery projects are just a click away.

DesignerPlus
DesignerPlus BERNINA Embroidery Software is a robust digitizing program, complete with all of the features included in the EditorPlus level and much more:
- Use the included artwork files or scan and import artwork to digitize on-screen. The easy to use manual digitizing and shape tools may be used alone or in combination with the automatic digitizing tools.
- Add lettering for a personal touch to any project using one the 60 included professionally digitized fonts. Create lettering from the TrueType® fonts already installed on your computer.
- Specialty fills; automatic color blending and gradient fills take embroidery designs to a new level.
- Create stunning Blackwork with fills and outlines
- The Pattern Stamp tools adds texture and dimension to your embroidery
- Create new pattern fills and monogram borders for more creative flexibility.
- The exclusive Advanced Appliqué tool generates complex appliqué designs with ease. Select from traditional satin and blanket stitch appliqué or experiment with hundreds of decorative stitch options.
