How to Look 10 kgs Slimmer in 10 mins!!
- Wear shoes with a medium heel
- Wear shoes that have an open vamp, thin sole and non-chunky heel
- Wear non -shiny or patterned hosiery that blends in colour with your hem line and /or shoes
- Wear vertical or diagonal design lines over figure challenges
- Push/roll the sleeves of your jackets and sweaters up to 3/4 length
- Wear shoulder pads to slim your hips and /or bust line
- Practice good posture
- Wear fabrics that drape not cling and garments that are fine rather than bulky
- Wear dark colours on the lower part of your body for extra visual height and to slim your hips
- Wear a vest
- Wear accessories (focal points) to pull attention away from figure challenges
- Wear medium to dark coloured garments on areas that are large. Light, bright and shiny items increase apparent weight while medium, dark and matt items decrease apparent weight
